Trial Residency program available

 A Village Trial Residency gives you the opportunity to enjoy the services and amenities of The Village at Clark-Lindsey with no long-term commitment.

Your monthly trial residency service fee includes all utilities except for telephone, cable television and internet service.  Wireless internet access is available at no charge with our computers in the Harding-Weld Library.

You’ll enjoy a furnished, one-bedroom apartment and have full access to many of the amenities enjoyed by our residents all year long, including: 

•          Transportation services

•          Fine dining with friends

•          Housekeeping services

•          Group exercise classes and useof our complete fitness center for individual workouts

•          Well-equipped workshop

•          Village Grocery Store

•          Extensive library with wireless internet access in our computer center

•          Salon for hair styling and other services

•          Flat laundry service

•          Furnished one-bedroom apartment

Trial residencies are available in monthly increments with a minimum stay of three months and maximum stay of eleven months.  Waiting list members are prequalified for this program.  For those not on our waiting list, a Prospective Resident Application is required.  Once your application is approved, you are qualified for the program, too!

During your stay, or at the conclusion, you decide if you would like to keep your apartment, stay and go on the waiting list for a different apartment, or return home.  The choice is yours.  A limited number of apartments are available for this offer.
