HR Director

Full-time Human Resource Director to provide strategic human resources leadership.  The role includes oversight of all HR operations including:  talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, policy and compliance, and cultural initiatives.  The ideal candidate will be an energetic, engaging, and collaborative leader.  S/he will focus his/her efforts on creating a positive and cohesive team culture and leading efforts to improve core HR operations and service orientation across the entire Clark-Lindsey campus.  The campus includes Meadowbrook Health Center, The Village Independent Living, and Meadows Edge.  It currently has over 200 employees and continues to grow as the organization expands. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience.  An undergraduate degree in Business, Health Administration, HR Management, Labor Relations or a related field is required.  SPHR certification is preferred.  Applications are being accepted through February 8.
