Clark- Lindsey is pleased to announce Kim Ratliff, RN, as the new Director of Residential Care/ Palliative Care. Ratliff is responsible for planning, directing and evaluating activities of residential skilled care nursing in Meadowbrook Health Center. She works closely with the new Director of Residential Skilled Care and the Green House Homes Guide to coordinate resident care activities relating to overall resident and family satisfaction.
Before coming to Clark-Lindsey, Kim served at the Danville Care Center in Danville, IL as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), and Registered Nurse (RN). Prior to her nursing career, Ratliff worked in leadership roles in retail, and currently owns and runs Back Alley Creations on Vermillion Street in downtown Danville.
Ratliff earned her Nursing Degree eight years ago from Danville Area Community College. She served as an ER nurse 3rd shift with a specialty in psych at Presence Health. At the time, Ratliff viewed ER as her passion, but after working several years in the ER, she went to a long term care facility as a psych nurse and soon became the ADON and DON.
