How Do I Know If I Could Benefit From Outpatient Therapy?

The Wellness Center features all new, state-of-the-art equipment. With HUR® Smarttouch technology, our equipment uses air pressure resistance and touch screens. Twice the size of our previous gym, the Wellness Center at Clark-Lindsey is offering more group classes than ever. Join us for (and more!):

Water Fitness:

Jump on in! The pool at Clark-Lindsey’s Wellness Center is a relaxing way to stay active. 
Water-based activites reduce stress and injury risk while keeping exercise fun. 

According to the CDC:

Water-based exercise can help people with chronic diseases and improve mental health. Swimming can improve mood in both men and women. Water-based exercise can benefit older adults by improving the quality of life and decreasing disability.

Clark-Lindsey residents have free access to all Wellness Center amenities. A limited number of community memberships are available for $42 per month for individuals or $65 per month for couples. Community members must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination prior to becoming a member.

Fitness Center:  

          Monday - Friday 8am to 8pm; Saturday & Sunday  8am to 8pm

Aquatic Center:

           Monday - Saturday 8am - 8pm; Sunday 8am - 6pm
