Resident Highlights

Our residents are undeniably active both at Clark-Lindsey and in the greater community through service and financial support. Our residents have a voice in our community through involvement in our resident council and numerous committees.

And are enthusiastic volunteers. Some organizations our residents support include: The Urbana Free Library, Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, The Reading Group, Family Service of Champaign County, Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army Canteen Run, Urbana Champaign Books to Prisoners, and many more.

Seventy Over 70

“Seventy over 70” event-recognized individuals who make a difference in our community. Clark-Lindsey created this program in partnership with News-Gazette Media to recognize individuals ages 70 and better who make contributions professionally and/or in positively impacting the community. Recipients demonstrate a lively curiosity and willingness to learn, an aptitude for personal and/or professional growth, and a commitment to supporting others. This campaign aimed to reduce ageism by recognizing the continued accomplishments of older adults.
