Wellness Center

The Wellness Center features all new, state-of-the-art equipment. With HUR® Smarttouch technology, our equipment uses air pressure resistance and touch screens. With double the space of our previous gym, the Wellness Center at Clark-Lindsey is offering more group classes than ever before. Join us for:

Water Fitness:

Jump on in! The pool at Clark-Lindsey’s Wellness Center is a relaxing way to stay active. 
Water-based activites reduce stress and injury risk while keeping exercise fun. 

According to the CDC:

Water-based exercise can help people with chronic diseases and improve mental health. Swimming can improve mood in both men and women. Water-based exercise can benefit older adults by improving the quality of life and decreasing disability.

Pool Activites:

  • Aquacize (water aerobics) 
  • Water Walking
  • Aqua Stretch
  • Aqua Arthritis 
  • Water Volleyball
  • Use the whirlpool jets at your leisure

 

Membership: 

Clark-Lindsey residents have free access to all Wellness Center amenities. A limited number of community memberships are available for $40 per month for individuals or $60 per month for couples.

Hours of Operation: 
Monday-Saturday: 6:00 A.M. - 8:30 P.M.

Sunday: 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
